Saraswati Flow: Yoga, Mantra, & Meditation
Step into the sacred current of Saraswati, the river goddess of wisdom, speech, and the arts. This all-levels class, taught by Sarah Bayze and Katie Munger, weaves together gentle yoga, mantra chanting, and guided meditation to awaken clarity, creativity, and inner stillness. Inspired by the flowing element of water, we'll explore Saraswati's symbols-a book, rosary, water pot, and musical instrument-as tools to purify the mind and nurture personal growth. Her presence invites us to speak with grace, think with depth, and move with artistic inspiration. Come bathe in the energy of poetry, music, and mindful movement. No experience necessary-just bring your breath and an open heart. Exchange: $50. No refunds within 24hrs of class.
