Flow Yoga with Jen
Join Jennifer Rischard for a dynamic and creative vinyasa yoga practice. Jen's classes are playful and challenging. MFR Stretch & Self-Care
Myofascial Release is a powerful tool for your tool box. Instructor, Lorien Caldwell LMT, will guide you through a self practice that can: Develop your understanding of your own unique myofascial system. Enhance the MFR care you may already be receiving. Fascia can tighten down between visits due to habitual holding patterns that are not fully resolved. Reducing this with self care will help you get even more out of your sessions with your therapist. Enhance exercise routines. Muscles that live in a healthy fascial environment will deliver better performance. Fascial care supports healthy circulation and hydration of tissues as well as increasing flexibility for strong muscle cells that recover faster. This one hour class will include: Conscious Fascia Meditation- this practice will guide you into your fascia via your consciousness so you can feel how it resides in your body. Our fascia follows our consciousness and vice versa. Rebounding- you will learn exercises that stimulate release into the fascial system by utilizing the fluid-dynamics of your body. Myofascial Release on the ball- we learn how to utilize a 4” ball to put pressure into areas of tension and pain (ball provided). This group stretch class is for all levels. Modifications and support can be provided for those with more limited mobility. Class is $15, no refunds will be issued within 24 hours of class.

Family Yoga Storytime
Join Carrie Williams, certified children's yoga teacher, for a 45min yoga and storytime class geared for families with children in the Yurt! She will take your Littles on an adventure of movement and story. Parents must accompany children and are encouraged to participate. $25/family of 3 (including parent). Email birds@santaritalodge.com if you will be bringing more than 3 participants ($5 per additional person; payment link will be sent via email, or cash may be paid to instructor at event).
